  1. 1. Set one side of griddle to medium heat, the other to low. Chop bacon and add to medium heat side of griddle.
  2. 2. Cook bacon until crispy, remove and drain on a paper towel lined tray.
  3. 3. Add pierogi to griddle in leftover bacon grease. Cook until browned and mostly crispy on each side.
  4. 4. Add cheese sauce to griddle-safe container and warm on low heat side. Stir to avoid burning.
  5. 5. Pat pieorgi dry, remove from griddle, and add to tray. Pour cheese sauce over the top. Sprinkle bacon pieces on top. Drizzle with Sour Cream. Post-dust with seasoning.
