Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat griddle to medium and cook bacon. Set aside.
  2. 2. In bacon grease, or add additional oil to griddle surface, make 3 round piles of parmesan cheese, in the size of a taco shell.
  3. 3. When cheese is brown and crispy, flip over and crisp other side. When both sides are crispy, remove and place in a taco rack for cheese to cool and form a shell.
  4. 4. Season and cook eggs to desired doneness.
  5. 5. Add eggs, cheese, bacon, and salsa to each taco.
