Chicken Parmesan Smashed Sliders

Heat your griddle to medium-high (375–400°F). Lightly oil the surface.

Divide the chicken mixture into 8–12 equal portions and roll into loose balls.

Place the chicken balls on the hot griddle. Use a spatula or burger press to smash them into thin patties. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the bottoms are golden and crispy.

Flip the patties and cook another 3–4 minutes, until fully cooked (165°F internal temp).

Spoon marinara over each patty, then top with mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan.

Let the cheese melt (about 1–2 minutes). You can tent with a dome if needed.

Butter the slider buns and toast them cut-side down on the griddle until golden.

Place each cheesy chicken patty on a bun. Top with the other half of the bun.
