  1. 1. Heat griddle to medium. In a small pan on the griddle top, add butter and melt. Then add vanilla and stir to combine.
  2. 2. Pour Cheerios on griddle and spread. Pour butter mixture on top and toss to coat evenly.
  3. 3. Once browned and crispy, remove Cheerios from griddle and add to large bowl or tray. Pour cinnamon sugar over Cheerios and gently mix to coat all pieces.
  4. 4. Serve!
