Description

The magic starts with simple chipotle seasoned deli chicken slices. Once the chicken hits the hot griddle, it sears beautifully, locking in flavor while creating those golden, caramelized edges that only a Blackstone can deliver. Piled onto toasted slider buns and topped with sharp white cheddar, a creamy chipotle mayo, lettuce, tomato and bacon, every bite is smoky, tangy, and just spicy enough to keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Place bacon on cold griddle. Turn on griddle to medium heat and cook bacon.
  2. 2. While bacon cooks, slice tomato, cut lettuce into large leafs, slice brioche buns and spread butter on inside. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise and chipotle seasoning and mix. Adjust amounts until you get the flavor you desire.
  3. 3. Once bacon is cooked, remove and lay on a paper towel-lined tray. Turn griddle to low heat and scrape excess bacon grease off of griddle and place buns, butter side-down, on the griddle. Remove from griddle when toasted.
  4. 4. Add piles of chicken to the griddle in the shape and size of the buns. Once warmed, flip and then add cheese to the top. Use water on the griddle surface to create steam and melt the cheese.
  5. 5. Build your sliders: lettuce, chicken and cheese, bacon, tomato, and apply mayo to top bun.
