Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep all of your ingredients and heat griddle to medium-low. Cook sausage and bacon. Before they are fully cooked, add bell pepper and onion. Cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add a small amount of olive oil and add garlic and gnocchi. Turn griddle to low. Continue cooking all items together, tossing, and ensuring gnocchi is coated with oil so that it crisps. When gnocchi starts to turn golden brown, add spinach. On one side of griddle, crisp up pepperoni slices. Add to other items when crispy, all while tossing other items.

  3. Add black olives and sauce to all items. Toss to mix and add mozzarella cheese. Turn off burners and allow cheese to melt, slightly. Top with basil and freshly grated parmesan cheese. Plate on a large tray and serve family style.

Note

Toast up some crusty french bread for a complementary side.
