Description

SPAM Fried Rice is a Hawaiian fried rice recipe that is served as a side dish and even as a breakfast fried rice in Hawaii. It's really easy to make and the flavor might surprise you - it's hearty, savory, and delicious.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat your griddle to medium-high, only on the center burner. Leave the other burners off. Cook your egg 3/4 of the way and slide to the side.

  2. Add all your veggies and cook for about 5 minutes. Move to the opposite side of the griddle.

  3. Add your SPAM and cook until lightly browned. Move to the side with the veggies.

  4. Add your rice and toss around, warming it thoroughly. Pull all other ingredients to the middle and toss with the rice. Add as much stir fry sauce as you like and toss. Once mixed, remove from griddle and put in large bowl to serve family style.

Note

For best results, use day-old rice.
