Description

Warm, caramelized peaches on the griddle are the perfect vessel for a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 4 fresh peaches (halved & pitted)
  • 2 tsp agave syrup ((or honey))
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat and melt butter.

  2. Cut your peaches into halves and remove the pit. Drizzle agave syrup on the cut half of each peach. Sprinkle cinnamon on the cut half of each peach.

  3. Place on griddle, cut half facing down. Cook about 8 minutes (rotating every 2 minutes) or until agave syrup starts to caramelize on the cut half of the peach. Remove from griddle and place in bowl.

  4. Top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
