Description

If you've never used a donut to make French toast before, this is your sign. Grab half a dozen because once you try it, there's no looking back.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make egg wash.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla in a dish.

  2. Preheat griddle to medium-low heat. Slice donuts in half (similar to a hamburger bun). Dip donut halves in egg wash (do not soak), and place cut-side down on griddle.

  3. Flip donuts after 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. The side of the donut with the glaze will caramelize, so watch closely to avoid burning.

  4. Remove donuts from griddle and add marshmallow fluff to inside of one side. Stack other side of donut on top. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and dust with powdered sugar.
