Crepes with Chocolate Mascarpone Whip
Description
These delicate Crepes with Chocolate Mascarpone Whip are a griddle-made indulgence that brings French café vibes to your backyard brunch. Thin, golden crepes are crafted directly on the griddle, allowing for even heat and that perfectly light browning across the surface. The batter spreads effortlessly, cooking in seconds to create a soft, tender crepe with just the right amount of elasticity.
The filling and topping? A luscious, airy chocolate mascarpone whipped cream, piped generously over the crepes and balanced with a dusting of powdered sugar. Fresh strawberries add a juicy brightness that cuts through the richness, giving every bite a burst of freshness.
Served warm off the griddle, these crepes are elegant yet approachable, perfect for a brunch centerpiece or romantic dessert.
