  2. 2. Cross-hatch hot dogs or use Slotdog to increase cooking surface and allow for cheese to adhere.
  3. 3. Cook hot dogs to desired doneness and remove from griddle.
  4. 4. Add 1.5 oz. of cheese to griddle surface in a square shape. Once cheese is bubbling, roll hot dog in cheese and place in bun.
