Chicken Fajitas

Fast, simple, and low carb (if you skip the tortillas).

Slice chicken breast into strips. Add to bowl and lightly toss with oil. Add Blackstone Tequila Lime seasoning, toss to cover.

Slice bell peppers into strips. Slice onion into strips, as well. Add to separate bowl and gently toss in oil and seasoning.

Heat griddle to medium and add peppers & onions. After 2 minutes, add chicken to other side of griddle. Cook separately until the chicken is fully cooked, then combine. Remove from griddle and serve with optional ingredients.
Note
Blackstone Tequila Lime seasoning can be substituted for any taco seasoning of your choice.
