Description

We've all gone a little too hard some nights, and the next morning we need something, anything to feed the hangover. This is it. This is all you need (food-wise). A mixture of carbs, starches, and fats with just a hint of grease will surely set you up for success.

*Disclaimer - I always suggest drinking (and eating) in moderation. Stay safe, griddlers!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high. Place bagel (buttered side down) on griddle to toast. Cut bacon strips in half and place on griddle to crisp. Add a splash of oil to the griddle and place hash browns on oil. Season with salt & pepper (optional).

  2. While bagel, bacon, and potatoes cook, slice your avocado and set aside. Crack your eggs in a bowl, add cream, salt, and pepper and scramble. Once bagel is toasted, turn that burner off, flip and add a cheese slice to each side. Add bacon slices to the bottom half of the bagel, on top of cheese. Allow outsides of bagel to warm. When brown on the bottom, flip the potatoes.

  3. Add a splash of oil to the griddle top and pour out your egg mixture. Cook thoroughly. When potatoes have crisped on both sides, add to bottom bagel piece. Add cooked eggs on top of potatoes. Remove both bagel halves from the griddle and plate.

  4. Add sliced avocado on top of all other ingredients and top with bagel top. Cut in half and enjoy!
