Use this sweet marinade on your next chicken stir fry dish - and don't worry, it's safe for the kiddies (the alcohol cooks out, but the flavor stays).
In a large bowl, combine whiskey, pineapple juice, garlic, Worcestershire, barbecue sauce, and a pinch of black pepper. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
Preheat griddle on medium heat. Cook chicken thoroughly, about 4 minutes on each side, until an internal temp of 165 degrees is reached. Cut into strips and serve with stir fry veggies and rice.
