Ingredients
    Pesto Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp. Pesto Sauce
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Sandwich
  • 4 Sandwich Rolls
  • 1 lb. Thinly Sliced Turkey
  • 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil
Instructions

    Preheat griddle to medium-low.

    Make pesto mayo by combining pesto sauce and mayonnaise. Add to sandwich bag or squeeze bottle for easy application.

    Spray oil on inside of sandwich rolls and place face-down to toast.

    Make 4 even piles of turkey on griddle to warm and slightly brown. Turn over and add cheese to piles.

    Warm tomato slices on griddle and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Add turkey with cheese and tomato slices to bottom half of sandwich roll. Place tomato slices on top. Drizzle with pesto mayo. Add sandwich roll top, slice in half, enjoy!
