Ingredients
  • 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 6 grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 large leaves of romaine, chopped
  • Freshly chopped parsley, to taste
  • Pickled onions, to taste
  • Blackstone Pub Burger Seasoning
  • Burger Sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. dill relish
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
Instructions

    1. Preheat griddle to medium heat.

    2. Cook bacon pieces until crispy and set aside on paper towel to drain. Brown ground turkey and melt cheese on top.

    3. Make burger sauce by combining mayo, ketchup, relish, and sugar.

    4. Assemble bowl: lettuce on bottom, meat and cheese, bacon, tomatoes, burger sauce, pickled onion, parsley.
