Ingredients
  • 12 oz sirloin steak (cubed)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • tbsp Bachan's sauce
  • 1 riced cauliflower medley (10 oz. bag)
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. 1

Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and place in a medium bowl. Add 1/4 cup Bachan's Japanese bbq sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix and coat steak, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat griddle to medium-high heat. Remove steak from fridge and place on skewers, leaving at least 1 inch of space in-between pieces.

  3. 3

Add a thin layer of olive oil to griddle surface. On one side of griddle, pour on cauliflower rice - on the other side, place steak skewers.

  4. 4
After 3 minutes, turn skewers 1/4 turn, adding additional Bachan's. Toss cauliflower and add Bachan's sauce. Spread into single layer again. Turn skewers every 2-3 minutes, adding sauce each time until cooked. Toss cauliflower periodically until golden brown.
  5. 5
When steak and cauliflower are done, remove from griddle. Add cauliflower rice to baking dish. Allow steak to rest 3-4 minutes, then remove from skewers and plate on top of cauliflower rice.
