Ingredients
  • 1 bagel
  • 1/3 cup steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 baby bella mushroom (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Bachan's Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Bacon Up ((sub canola oil))
Instructions

    Heat griddle to medium-low heat. Slice bagel and place on griddle to toast.

    Remove stem from mushroom, rinse, dry, and slice thinly. Thinly slice steak and shred cheese.

    Add mushroom to griddle and top with a tablespoon of Bacon Up. Next to the mushroom, add the steak and small amount of oil. Toss the mushroom in the Bacon Up. As the meat cooks, add some Bachan's Sauce.

    When bagel is toasted, flip over and add shredded cheese. When mushrooms are golden brown and soft (about 5 minutes) and when meat is fully cooked, pile together and turn off one burner to keep warm.

    Add egg to griddle and fry. Once cooked, add to bagel bottom and top with mushroom/meat mixture. Drizzle with Bachan's Sauce and top with other side of bagel. Cut in half and enjoy!
