Slice ciabatta rolls and drizzle on olive oil. Set aside.
Prepare your meat with olive oil and steak seasoning. Preheat your griddle to HOT. Add meat and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Pull it off and slice it thin.
Turn down the griddle to low. Toast rolls. Assemble meat into piles on the griddle and cover with cheese. Pile the meat and cheese onto the toasted rolls once the cheese melts, add steak sauce, and you’re done!
