Ingredients
  • 16 oz thin spaghetti
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1 tbsp Tutto Italiano seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. 1

In a small bowl, mix milk and breadcrumbs by hand and set aside. In another bowl, mix ground beef, egg, Parmesan, tutto italiano seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper. Add breadcrumb mixture to beef mixture and mix by hand.

  2. 2

Form 2” meatballs and place on wax paper covered tray. (If you don’t use gloves, lightly oil your hands so the meatballs don’t stick.)

  3. 3

Preheat griddle to medium-high. Cook spaghetti while griddle preheats, usual method.

  4. 4

Cook meatballs thoroughly on griddle, turning to brown all sides.

  5. 5

Clean griddle and heat sauce in a pan on griddle top. Add meatballs to sauce and warm.

  6. 6

Plate spaghetti and add meatballs with sauce. Enjoy!
