Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, and biscuit mix in a bowl. Add seasonings to taste.

    Form 1.5-2” balls and place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

  4. 4

    Cook for 25-30 minutes until internal temp of 160 degrees.

    Mix herb packet with butter as directed and brush on balls right out of the oven. Serve on a platter and top with cheese (if desired).
