Description

The best way to elevate your avocado toast is to add more flavor, more protein, and more crunch. That's exactly what this recipe brings to the table.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece of sourdough bread
  • 1 egg (hard boiled, peeled)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced thin)
  • 1 Murray's St. Mark's Bloomy Rind (soft cheese)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. 1

Preheat your griddle to medium-high. Add olive oil to both sides of your bread and toast. Place cheese in ramekin on griddle top and warm thoroughly.

  2. 2

Slice half an avocado, thin. Set aside. Once toast is golden brown, spread warm cheese on top. Place avocado on cheese.

  3. 3

Using a microplane grater, grate hard boiled egg on top of avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
