Ingredients
    Pumpkin Fluff
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • French Toast
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls, each sliced into 3 pieces
  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup half/half
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • powdered sugar
Instructions

    1. Combine all fluff ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate for one hour.

    2. Slice rolls and set aside.

    3. Mix eggs, half/half, salt, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a dish.

    4. Dip bread into batter and cover completely.

    5. Preheat griddle to low and cook bread on each side until golden brown.

    6. Remove and add fluff to make mini sandwiches. Top with powdered sugar.
