Pasta on the griddle? Yep! This family-style dish serves up all the deliciousness you'd expect from tortellini. Don't forget the veggies!
In a small bowl, add diced chicken breast and toss with 1 oz. of olive oil and salt and pepper.
Heat griddle to medium-high heat and add a thin layer of olive oil (about an ounce). Add garlic paste and spread out, cooking for about 2 minutes.
Add chicken to griddle. Add onion and zucchini and cook together. Right before chicken is cooked, add tomato and mix.
Add tortellini to griddle and mix with other ingredients. When tortellini is lightly toasted, add spinach. cook until spinach is wilted.
Add everything from the griddle to a large bowl. Add vodka sauce. Top with parmesan cheese and serve family style.
