Description

These low-carb, griddled deviled eggs are a crunchy twist on the classic deviled egg and they’re so easy! The Parmesan coating adds a great crunch. Blow your guests' minds with these next party!

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs (hard boiled, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks to a small bowl. Set whites aside.

  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, dill, and salt to the bowl with the yolks. Stir well to combine, mashing the yolks as you stir. When the mixture is mostly smooth, spoon it evenly into the egg whites.

  3. Place the Parmesan on a plate and press the tops of the eggs into the Parmesan to coat.

  4. Add butter to griddle and spread to melt. Once the butter has melted, add the eggs, cheese side down, to the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes minutes or until the cheese is golden and crisp. Carefully remove the eggs to a serving tray. Serve immediately.
