Description
Gnocchi is a dumpling made out of potatoes that can be served with a variety of sauces and toppings such as cheese, tomato sauce, cream or pesto, just like pasta. It cooks up quickly and takes on the flavor of its surroundings.

Fire up the griddle because you’re about to experience gnocchi like you never have before.

Ingredients
  • 16 oz gnocchi
  • 1 lb ground chorizo (pork or beef)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 cup fresh baby spinach
  • Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Instructions
  1. 1

Preheat half of your griddle to medium-high heat. Leave the other half off.

  2. 2

Brown the chorizo. Slide to side of griddle where the burners are off.

  3. 3

Add gnocchi to the hot griddle side and crisp up for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. 4

Add chorizo on top of the gnocchi and toss together. Add the garlic and the spinach. Combine all ingredinets until the spinach is wilted.

  5. 5

Turn off all burners and top with parmesan cheese. Serve family style in a large serving dish or bowl.
