Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter (salted)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp red chili pepper flakes
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 1/2 lemon juice
Instructions

    In a medium bowl, add softened butter, parsley, garlic, black pepper, red chili pepper flakes, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Gently mix with a spatula until well blended.

    On a piece of parchment paper, add butter mixture. Form into a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
