Ingredients
  • 1.2 lb thinly sliced New York Steak
  • 28 oz frozen steak fries
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 3/4 cup white cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 3/4 cup gouda cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Blackstone Cheesesteak Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat griddle to medium heat. Add sauce pan or pot to griddle surface. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

  2. Slice onion thin and set aside. Slice steak (if not already purchased, sliced) very thinly and set aside. Shred cheddar cheese and gouda cheese. Measure out milk & flour.

  3. Cook fries in air fryer for approximately 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Toss fries halfway through to cook evenly.

  4. In sauce pot, add flour. Gradually add milk slowly, stirring with a whisk until blended. Heat for 8 minutes, periodically stirring. While that warms, add onions to griddle with a small amount of oil to saute. Once onions are almost translucent, add steak to griddle on top of onions. Toss together and cook thoroughly. Season with Blackstone Cheesesteak Seasoning.

  5. After 8 minutes, remove the sauce from heat and stir in shredded gouda cheese. Add fries to large tray and sprinkle most of the cheddar cheese on top. Once gouda is melted, pour on top of meat/onion mixture and toss to coat. Place cheesesteak on fries and top with additional cheddar cheese.
