Description

Blackstone’s new Creamy Buffalo Sear & Serve Sauce makes this wrap super tangy with a little bit of spice. Customize it with your favorite veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cut into strips)
  • 2 tortillas (medium or large)
  • 2 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 roma tomato (diced)
  • 4 tbsp ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
  • Blackstone Creamy Buffalo Sear & Serve Sauce
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice chicken breast and place in a small bowl. Coat with buffalo sauce and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  2. Preheat griddle to medium-high heat. Add chicken to griddle and cook thoroughly. Halfway through, add additional buffalo sauce.

  3. Warm tortillas on griddle, remove, and assemble wrap: layer ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, chicken, cheese, and avocado. Fold like a burrito and place seam side down on griddle for 30 seconds. Flip and repeat on other side. Cut in half and serve.

Note

You can substitute the Blackstone Creamy Buffalo Sear & Serve Sauce for Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
