This breakfast tostada is loaded with a fried egg, sweet & savory maple sausage, tangy salsa verde, sharp cheddar, and finished with a drizzle of cilantro lime crema—all stacked on a golden flour tortilla griddled to perfection on the Blackstone. The best part? It’s insanely easy to make and even easier to devour. Your mornings just leveled up.

Ingredients
  • 2 small flour tortillas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 breakfast sausage patties or links
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • crema
  • salsa verde
Instructions

    1. Preheat griddle to medium heat.

    2. Cook sausage by breaking it apart to make crumbles. Cook to desired doneness and remove.

    3. Place tortillas on griddle and add cheese. While those crisp, fry eggs individually.

    4. Once eggs are done and tortillas are crisp, add one egg per tortilla, half the sausage, more cheese (if desired), salsa, and crema.
