Quick and easy Big Mac tacos will be a hit with the whole family. Make your special sauce and get to the griddle!

Ingredients
    Tacos
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 4 sesame hamburger buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 white onion (finely diced)
  • shredded lettuce
  • pickles
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
Instructions
  1. Make sauce.

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, pickle relish. Set aside.

  2. Prepare buns.

Separate hamburger buns and, using a rolling pin, roll out hamburger bun tops to ¼" thick. Place a slice of cheese in each bun and shape like a taco shell. Place in taco rack.

  3. Make tacos.

Preheat griddle to medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, breaking meat up until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add cheese and meat to bun tacos, top with sauce, onion, pickle, and lettuce. Serve warm.
