Description

A burger is a burger is a burger...until you add the flavor! This version is a little spicy, so omit the jalapenos if you're all out of TUMS.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef (made into 1/4 lb. patties)
  • 6 bacon (slices)
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 green or purple lettuce (leaves)
  • 1 roma tomato (sliced)
  • 4 cheddar cheese (slices)
  • 2 jalapeno peppers (sliced)
  • Blackstone Whiskey Burger Seasoning
  • mayonnaise
  • A1 steak sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat. Apply mayonnaise to inside of brioche buns. Cook bacon. Move to an area of the griddle with low or no heat to keep warm.

  2. Saute jalapeno slices in bacon grease and toast buns. Remove from griddle when done and set aside.

  3. Season beef patties with Whiskey Burger seasoning and cook on griddle. Turn after 5 minutes, cooking a total of 10. Turn off griddle heat and add cheese and jalapeno slices to tops of burgers.

  4. While cheese melts, assemble your burger. On bottom bun, add 1 1/2 slices of bacon, on top half, add lettuce and tomato. Once cheese is melted, add burger to bottom half and top with A1 sauce. Add top half of bun to bottom and enjoy!

Note

If you don't have the Whiskey Burger seasoning, use your favorite beef seasoning or salt & pepper.
